Lakehouse Properties is a consolidated group of companies specialising in tourism and commercial properties. Founded in 2011, the group started Seascape Holidays in that same year. Niramaya Villas and Spa was aquired in early 2013, followed by Driftwood Mantaray Holiday Apartments in 2014. In 2018 the company aquired Queens Court Holiday Accommodation in Cairns, and commenced commercial property development in the Cairns region
The group specialises in property management and consulting services to the industry, and holds a full real estate license in the state of Queensland.

Headquartered in Cairns, the group predominantly operates in Far North Queensland.

5 Star luxury resort, located in Port Douglas. Resurrected from Administration and on-sold to the Saltwater Properties Group in 2016
RASA RESTAURANT
Fine dining restaurant located within the grounds of Niramaya Villas & Spa. Relaunched, and sold as part of resort sale in 2016 to the Saltwater Properties Group.
